How to request account deletion
MGL I&C 360 is provisioned for authorized MGL personnel. Account and data lifecycle management are handled by MGL's system administrators.
Method 1: Contact MGL (preferred)
To delete your account or specific service records, contact MGL's IT or Operations department through your internal support channels (for example, your manager, helpdesk, or assigned administrator).
Method 2: Contact Appstrail (technical routing)
If you are unable to reach the appropriate MGL contact, you may email Appstrail at hello@appstrail.com. Appstrail will route the request to MGL for handling, since MGL is the Data Controller.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your field engineer/user ID or enterprise username (if available)
- Your registered mobile number or email (if applicable)
- The type of request (account deletion, deletion of a specific record, or correction)
- Any relevant details to help MGL identify the account/records
What will be deleted
Deletion requests are evaluated and executed by MGL in accordance with its operational and legal requirements. Depending on the request and applicable policies, MGL may delete or restrict access to:
- Field engineer account access for the App
- App records associated with your account (to the extent permitted)
- Supporting media (for example, photos) associated with installation and commissioning records, where applicable
Certain operational records may be retained where required for safety, audits, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Verification
To protect your account and MGL's operational data, MGL may need to verify your identity and authorization before processing a request.
